Mother of four arrested for trafficking meth

CALDWELL – Police arrested a mother of four for drug trafficking with her children living in the house.

The Caldwell Police Department Street Crimes Unit conducted a two-day investigation in response to information that drugs were being sold out of a residence with children in the 400 block of E. Belmont St. in Caldwell.

While serving the search warrant, police found over an ounce of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the house where the suspect lives with her four children.

Carina Fini Turner, 35, of Caldwell was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor injury to a child.

The children, aged 6 months to 13 years old, have been placed in the care of the Department of Health and Welfare.
