MERIDIAN — Meridian Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Forty-one year old Colin Flury of Meridian was reported missing some five days ago, on June 6. “He was last seen on June 5 at approximately 8 a.m., riding his bike -- a red or orange “Giant” brand,” said Meridian Police Deputy Chief Tracy Basterrechea. Flury was last seen wearing camo shorts, black shoes, and unknown-colored T-shirt and a backpack.

“Flury told his mother he was going to ride his bike to work but, when (we) checked with his employer, they stated he had called in sick,” Basterrechea stated.

Flury is described as 5-feet 10-inches tall, about 300 lbs. He has brown hair with a pony tail and brown eyes. “He also suffers from mental health issues,” Basterrechea said.

If you have any information regarding Flury, you are asked to contact Detective Ryan Rhoades with the Meridian Police Department at 208-888-6678.
