A Meridian man has been booked into the Ada County Jail after police say he raped a vulnerable adult and attempted to rape another.

In December of last year, Boise Police began investigating reports of alleged sexual contact between a Meridian man and two vulnerable adult victims. The crimes reportedly occurred at a business in the area of Overland and Cloverdale Roads.

Detectives from the Boise Police Special Victims Unit completed the investigation and routed their report to the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office for a review.

A warrant was then issued for the arrest of Christopher Bleily, 24, of Meridian.

Officers with the United States Marshals Greater Idaho Fugitive Task Force arrested Bleily in Meridian Tuesday morning without incident.

Bleily now faces one count of felony rape and one count of felony attempted rape.

No further details were immediately available.
