David Hutto was sentenced on Monday in Coeur d'Alene for the death of William "Bo" Kirk last October.
44-year-old Hutto was accused of kidnapping and killing Kirk and following him home after a road-rage incident. Hutto accepted a plea deal in February and entered an alford plea to murder...which means he technically did not admit to killing kirk, but acknowledged that prosecutors had enough evidence to convict him.
