A 40-year-old Meridian man was cited for following too closely after his pick-up rear-ended a school bus Monday morning.
According to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened about 7:45 a.m. near the intersection of Chinden Blvd. and Long Lake Way.
The school bus was stopped at the time.
The Sheriff’s Office says the back door of the bus was damaged.
The students, bus driver and pick-up driver were all uninjured.
The man’s name was not released.
