A Caldwell man that fled multiple police agencies from Boise to Eagle was arrested after officers used a spike strip to blow out his tires.

Officers attempted to stop Cheyenne Bodie Mayo on State Street near downtown Boise after witnessing his truck swerving in the lane around 11 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9th.

Mayo ran over the spike strip and stopped near Linder Road where he was arrested and charged with failure to purchase a driver license (m), attempting to flee or elude an officer (m), aggravated assault (F) for attempting to hit the Garden City Police Officer and attempting to flee or elude officers (F).
