REXBURG, Idaho — Court documents show the jury trial for Lori Vallow has been moved from April 2, 2021 to March 22, 2021 and will now end on April 2. The pre-trial conference, originally scheduled for March 22, has been moved to February 25.

Vallow pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of conspiracy to commit destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence last Thursday. The charges are punishable up to five years in prison a $10,000 fine per charge.

Chad Daybell pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence and two felony counts of conspiracy to commit destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence in August. If convicted of all charges, Daybell will face up to 20 years in prison and up to a $40,000 fine.

Daybell was arrested on June 9, after officers say the remains of Joshua "JJ" Vallow and Tylee Ryan were found on his property. A jury trial for Daybell is currently set to start in January in Fremont County.
