BOISE, Idaho — A local non-profit is seeing something a little unusual for this time of year.
St. Vincent De Paul normally sees a drop off in donations in January, but this year they're seeing a huge surge of donations.
The Executive Director says they partially attribute the trend to a new Netflix series that started at the beginning of January called "Tidying Up" with Marie Kondo.
The premise of the hit show involves Kondo going into people's homes to help them declutter their lives, and it seems others here in Idaho are following suit.
