DENVER -- It might have ruined your lunch: Chipotle shut down its stores for a few hours Monday during the mid-day hours to ensure its employees could participate in a food safety meeting after a recent E. Coli and Salmonella outbreak linked their restaurants caused illnesses around the country.
We're gathering the food safety records for Marion County Chipotle restaurants right now, and will report what we find first tonight on RTV6 News at 6 p.m.
