MALHEUR COUNTY, Oregon — On Sunday evening, September 14, the Malheur County Sheriff’s Office reported a shooting outside a residence west of Vale.
Authorities stated that a male and a female had a disagreement about property that one had sold to the other. The fight resulted in the female sustaining a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
All parties are said to be cooperating in the investigation.
No arrests have been made, and officials have said that there is no threat to the public.
