CASCADE, Idaho — A Kuna minor was flown to the hospital on Thursday, after a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 55 near Cascade.
Idaho State Police say the minor was driving northbound near milepost 114 when they crossed into the southbound lanes, striking a 2017 Ford F250.
The Ford F250 veered off the roadway into a nearby parking lot where it struck a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. The Volkswagen was then pushed into a 2020 Ford Explorer that was also in the parking lot.
Idaho State Police say the minor was flown to the hospital in an air ambulance. They were wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
All lanes on Highway 55 were closed for about two and a half hours.
