ADA COUNTY — The public walkway across Swan Falls Dam will be closed during weekdays for the next several months.
In a press release from Idaho Power, officials say that the closure will last from May through October, while crews perform maintenance on the dam's spillway.
Weekend access to the walkway will remain open.
"This work is important to ensure Swan Falls continues to safely generate reliable, low-cost energy for our customers," Idaho Power said in a Facebook post.
