ADA COUNTY, Idaho — BPD is asking the public for help in locating a missing vulnerable man named Robert, who hasn't been seen since 9:30 a.m. Friday morning.
Police say he may be in the area of the Garden City fairgrounds, West Albion St. and Orchard, or West Irene St. and N. 28th St.
He was last seen wearing a black ball cap, a red, white, and blue plaid shirt, and jeans.
