Lincoln County Sheriff Rene Rodriguez has been arrested for multiple charges, including felony lewd conduct with a minor and rape.
According to Blaine County Jail records, Rodriguez was arrested around 5:00 Friday evening.
40-year-old Rodriguez faces a felony charge of sexual abuse of a minor under 16, felony lewd conduct with a minor, and rape.
