CALDWELL, Idaho — West Valley Medical Center announced a leap year baby, born Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020.
Anuel Gonzalez arrived at 4:43 a.m to his parents, Jennifer and Julian.
The mother's labor began at home at 3:30 a.m. and the baby was delivered in a car outside the hospital.
Anuel is 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and 20.5 inches in length.
West Valley Medical Center provided the family with a gift basket and flowers to congratulate the family.
