MERIDIAN, Idaho — Instead of spending winter break cooped up at home, some local kids are spending it learning how to become music producers.
It's all part of "Geeko Labs" winter break camps. They teach kids software basics, drum beats and the song structures that make up digital music.
In the end, students can take their final track home to share with family and friends. Anyone ages 10-17 can attend the camps.
