A JC Watson Company building is destroyed after catching fire in Parma Thursday evening.

Fire officials tell 6 On Your Side that the fire started around 8:00 p.m. The cause is unknown at this time and no injuries have been reported.

The 2-alarm fire drew response crews from Parma, Caldwell, Middleton and Wilder fire agencies.

Firefighters were able to keep the burn contained in the building it started. No other buildings were impacted by the fire.

The JC Watson Company grows, packs and ships onions.

The same building collapsed in August of 2017, injuring six employees. The building also caught fire in August of 2016.
