HAILEY, Idaho — Idaho State Police have arrested William R. Scaggs, the Bellevue City Marshal, on felony delivery of marijuana charges.
On Tuesday, October 13, ISP detectives served Scaggs with a warrant for his arrest at the Blaine County Sheriff's Office in Hailey.
Police say the arrest follows an investigation that began with a tip where ISP found evidence of Scaggs delivering marijuana while on duty as the Bellevue City Marshal.
Scaggs has been booked into the Blaine County jail.
