BOISE — Idaho Women in Leadership’s A Day At The Capitol was held on Tuesday February 12th.
It was a day full that participants had an opportunity to learn about legislative process and updates and panel discussions surrounding women's issues in Idaho.
"Women get so entrenched in so many things in their lives, this is kinda a short cut for them, to ask the people that are already in leadership, to find out what it's about, to find out what it took, find out what the pitfalls are, to get the straight scoot from the women that are doing it," said Cherie Buckner-Webb, Assistant minority leader.
Idaho's Governor Brad Little was one of the speakers at the event.
