CALDWELL, Idaho — The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is hosting a public open house covering proposed improvements to I-84 in Canyon County.
The open house will focus on the section of I-84 between Franklin Road and Centennial Way interchanges in Caldwell. People can review and comment on future plans for I-84 through the city during the open house.
ITD is planning to invest more than 300 million dollars between exits 27 and 36 in Canyon County over the next several years.
The meeting is taking place June 19 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Caldwell Best Western Plus.
The I-84 projects are expected to improve safety, mobility and economic opportunities in Idaho over the next 20 years. More information is available here.
