The Idaho State Veterans Home is remembering the "Forgotten War" this Veterans Day.
This morning the home held a celebration honoring the 100 year anniversary. Veterans packed the room to look back at this part of our history.
High schoolers helped put on the event, and servicemen presented the flags. Poppies were given out as a token of remembrance for the poppy fields grown during the war.
The Veterans Home celebrates all veterans who served, both past and present.
