BOISE, Idaho — Last minute tax filers in the Boise area can drop off their state income tax returns today without even getting out of the car. The service is part of the Idaho State Tax Commission's annual curbside service.
Commission employees will be outside their Boise office to accept state tax returns from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. Basic tax forms will be available, as well as the new Idaho W-4 withholding form.
The tax commission is located at 800 E. Park Boulevard. Federal returns can be dropped off at the IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center in Boise's federal building. That building is at 550 W. Fort Street in Boise.
