An Idaho speller has made it to the top 50 finalists in the Scripps Spelling Bee!
Speller 199, 12-year-old Joseph Moran of Couer d'Alene has moved on to the finals!
This isn't Moran's first time in the finals, he competed in 2017 and tied for 41st place. He also competed in 2018 and tied for 323rd place.
