Some big four-legged friends are looking for big hearts and a forever home. On Saturday the Idaho Saint Bernard Rescue showed off their giant breeds at the Bark n’ Purr on Vista. The non-profit is currently taking care of nine giant pups and they're all looking for a forever home. Organizers say many giant dog breeds end up being surrendered because their owners don't realize how big their wallets need to be to take care of a big pet.

"Giant breeds eat a lot first of all,” said Jayme Hoff of Saint Bernard Rescue. “One thing to take into consideration for sure is the vet bills they're going to be at three times the coast of your average size dog,"
