The Nampa Police Department has a new chief.
The Nampa City Council confirmed Joe Huff as the new Nampa Police Chief at tonight’s meeting with a unanimous vote.
Huff has been with the Nampa Police Department for 22 years and has served as a lieutenant for the past six.
Huff takes over the position after Craig Kingsbury left to serve as chief of the Twin Falls Police Department.
