A home and three sheds are a total loss after a grass fire that burned on Hervey St. Friday night.
The Boise Fire Department says juveniles were playing with fire when it got out of control and burned the home. An acre of land next to a nearby canal also burned. The Boise Burnout Fund is helping the person who lost their home in the fire.
The fire is now out, and no injuries were reported.
The grass fire that destroyed a home on Hervey St. this evening was started by juveniles playing with fire. The fire quickly grew beyond their control. The Boise Burnout Fund is providing assistance to the person who lived in the home.
