The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has issued an alert for anyone who may have seen or knows the whereabouts of Brayden Pitman, a missing 15-year-old from Nampa.

“He was last seen February 26th at a transitional home in Nampa, where he was staying,” said Nampa Police Sgt. Tim Rhia. “His probation officer does not know where he is. However, we do not believe he is endangered.”

Police say Pitman ran away from the transitional home. “Since he is a ward of the State, it’s mandatory that NCMEC send out an alert,” Rhia stated.

According to the alert, Pitman is 5-feet 3-inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone having information on his whereabouts should contact The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678 (1-800-THE-LOST) or the Nampa Police Department at 208-465-2257.
