A  special day, for a  special family, at a special place.
Debi and her husband Kim tied the knot at the Idaho veterans garden, A venue Debi picked out for her son.
"It's a wonderful place to go and reflect and be happy, be proud, to be an American, and be proud of my son." Said Debi Fleischmann
At the garden where Debi's son Army Specialist Brandon Titus is remembered and cared for, a garden box is dedicated in his name.

The Borah High School graduate was killed in Iraq in 2014.
Brandon made the decision to join the military after the September 11th attacks.
Debi stopped while walking down the aisle to place roses at Brandon's garden box,

"it's such a special meaning to be able to be there with Brandon and to be able to have him right by her side." Said, Kim Fleischmann
The reception taking place at another Gold Star family's home in Greenleaf.
Staff Sergeant Tanner Volkers took his own life after serving the country and struggling with PTSD.
Tanner's parents say the bond between Gold Star parents is unbreakable.

While Brandon and Tanner may be gone - they still live on within their loved ones.
