BOISE, Idaho — Boise Firefighters responded to a fire near McMillan elementary in Boise around 6:00 Sunday evening.
Boise Fire says a family of four was in the home but were able to make it out safely.
Heavy smoke damaged the living room, and a firefighter's knee was injured, but the fire was contained to the garage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
