Fire burns over 30 acres near Lucky Peak, containment estimated at 4 p.m.

BOISE, Idaho — Fire crews from the Bureau of Land Management and the Boise Fire Department responded to the Nursery fire near Lucky Peak Wednesday morning.

According to a tweet from BLM Idaho Fire, it has burned more than 30 acres but the active flames have been knocked down. Crews will be mopping up hot spots throughout the day. Containment is estimated at 4 p.m. and control at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
