A fence that was erected between Ben’s Crow Inn and the Boise Greenbelt has since been reopened.
Photos of the fence were sent in by 6 On Your Side viewers who were confused about who exactly blocked off access.
The developers of the land that Ben’s Crow Inn sits on apparently put up the fence after the Boise Planning and Zoning commission had a split vote regarding the planned construction of homes at the site.
The manager at Ben’s Crow Inn explained that customers are happy that they don’t have to ride on the highway to reach his restaurant which will close at the end of the summer.
Commissioners are planning to discuss the future of the land again on May 2nd.
