Idaho State Police have identified an Emmett, Idaho man who died in a multi-vehicle crash near Hazelton, Idaho on Monday, June 6th.
Delbert Higley, 68, of Emmett, was driving a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 when the crash occurred. Higley succumbed to his injures at the scene.
After investigating, ISP believes the wreck was caused by a sudden thunderstorm which created blowing dust and zero visibility.
In all, seven people were transported to area hospitals following the crash.
