ELMORE COUNTY, Idaho — Elmore County Sheriff's Office is announcing arrests made related to an alleged Christmas home invasion and battery.
In a Facebook post, the Sheriff's Office says it arrested Kai Evans and charged him with aggravated battery and burglary. Coty Bieroth was charged with one count of aiding in the commission of a felony for aggravated battery and one count of aiding in the commission of a felony for burglary.
Elmore County credits anonymous tips and a quick investigation for the arrests.
