A local business is allowing employees to grow out their facial hair for a good cause.

Einstein's Oilery is celebrating "No Shave November" by setting aside their razors in support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

All participating employees are making donations to St. Jude's, which Einstein's is matching 100 percent. Their goal is to raise $20,000.

"For us, it's just a lot of fun," said Michael Meuret, co-owner of Einstein's Oilery. "It gives the guys an opportunity to grow a beard, and it gives us an opportunity to give back."

Einstein's is also matching all customer donations received at all eight of its Treasure Valley locations, up to $10,000.

Employees working in the two locations that raise the most money will be allowed to keep their beards through December.
