Gem County Sheriff Chuck Rolland says the main issue on Highway 16 is unsafe passing. People are hurried to save a minute or two, but risk lives and property in the bargain.

We rode along with Deputy Bill Conger of the Gem County Sheriff's Office up Highway 16.

Within 30 minutes two people were pulled over for speeding.

And then, a motorcyclist jailed after traveling 95 miles per hour in a 55 mile-per-hour, charged with reckless driving.
