BOISE, Idaho — There is a large police presence in an east Boise neighborhood near Kristin Armstrong Park.
Police and emergency response vehicles have been near the intersection of E. Holly St. and S. Walnut St. since around 7:00 p.m.
Ada County dispatch confirms police are attempting to serve a warrant, but as of 9:45 p.m. the man was still not in custody.
SWAT is on scene.
Avoid the area if possible.
