NAMPA- The accident happened on 2nd Street South and Chicago street in Nampa. An 18-year-old driver hit 51-year-old Michael Marchant just before 12:30 Wednesday morning.
Marchant died on the scene, the driver was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.
