Two mobile homes were damaged early Tuesday morning, after crews were called to a two-alarm structure fire in Garden City.

An Ada County dispatch supervisor tells us the call came in shortly after 6 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to the 500 block of East 43rd Street, between Adams Street at the Boise River, to a shed and mobile home fire.

According to Boise Fire Department spokesperson Tammy Barry, “As units arrived on scene, the shed was fully involved and extending to the owner’s mobile home. A second alarm was requested at that time. The fire extended to the adjacent trailer.  The shed was a total loss and there was exterior damage to two mobile homes. “

The homeowners evacuated safely. One woman was treated on scene then transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Barry said.

The Burnout Fund is assisting with homeowner needs.

The fire has been ruled as "undetermined" pending further investigation.
