According to ISP, it happened just after 10:00 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Highway 95 and Crystal Lane. William Hale, 54, and passenger, Melissa Hale, 51, both of Weiser, were driving northbound on Highway 95 in a 2003 Ford Ranger.
