Posted

The Twin Falls Sheriff’s Office has thanked the community for their donations to assist in burying a newborn baby found on the side of the road in Twin Falls.

“The loss of a child under any circumstances is a tragedy,” states Sheriff Tom Carter. “I’m truly grateful to the community for the support they have provided to our deputies as well as the generous offers of assistance with her burial. No wonder Twin Falls is such a great place to live.”

The newborn found in a diaper bag was named Angel Rose in the days following the discovery.

No one has come forward to claim responsibility.
