Sewer repaired in Nampa

Posted

A Nampa sewer line is now back up and running after some much needed repairs this weekend.

Earlier this week, Nampa city officials declared an emergency, when a surveyor found a leak in the sewer line.
Nampa Public Works Director Michael Fuss said it took a little more than 3 hours and 8 yards of concrete to fix a loose fitting on the line. The sewer serves areas in southwest Nampa. The city estimates the repair cost between 100- to 200-thousand dollars.
