The expansion is proposed for land near the community of Triumph, between Ketchum and Hailey.
The camp has been in the Wood River Valley for 25 years.
Dozens of nearby neighbors have complained that expanding the camp would increase traffic problems in their area.
Camp organizers say they already have come up with ways to address everyone's concerns.
