Investigators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children task force arrested a Caldwell man Thursday for alleged sexual exploitation of a child.
25-year-old Andrew R. Erhardt was booked into the Canyon County Jail, following a multi-agency two-month investigation.
Authorities are releasing few details about the case -– except that they executed a search warrant at Erhardt’s home Thursday morning before he was arrested.
The Caldwell Police Department, Canyon County Prosecutor’s Office, Department of Homeland Security and the United States Postal Inspection Service helped in the investigation.
Erhardt is expected to make his initial court appearance Friday.
