Boise Police officers have arrested a man who they say exposed himself to a group of underage females in a business parking lot.

BPD responded to a report of a man who was exposing himself inside of a vehicle parked at a retail store near the intersection of West State Street and North Glenwood on February 14th, 2016.

Witnesses told officers that the suspect, later identified as Joshua W. Hudgins, 28, of Boise, exposed himself in an inappropriate way to a group of underage females.

Hudgins drove away from the parking lot but witnesses were able to give officers a description of the vehicle.

After an investigation, a warrant was issued by the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office. Hudgins was placed under arrest on Wednesday, June 1st for indecent exposure.

Officers believe that Hudgins may have committed similar acts in different parking lots in the City of Boise in the last two years.

Officers ask that anyone with any information about the suspect, Hudgins, or anyone who may have been a victim of a similar crime, call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
