Hundreds of people suited up in their craziest socks this morning for the 7th annual "Boise's Got Faith". The event raises money for local children fighting cancer to help cover the families' costs for medical bills and travel for treatment.

"When our daughter was fighting leukemia and my husband used up all of his sick time and all of his vacation time. So a lot of our budget that would typically go to our family had to go to other expenses. So Boise's Got Faith came in, and we were able to use the money to cover a lot of the expenses that cancer left us with," said Jenica Lawrence.

The group has raised more than $350,000 to date. Money from today's fun run will benefit three local families in the Treasure Valley.
