Hidden Springs Elementary School sixth-grade student Macall Wardle's artwork has been selected as the winner of this year's Boise School District Holiday Card Contest.

Macall is a student in Ms. Wagner's sixth-grade class.

Her depiction of a winter scene complete with children decorating a snowman was selected from among one-hundred entries submitted by students in grades K-6, according to a news release from the Boise School District

As the Grand Prize Winner, Macall receives a certificate of participation, 100 cards featuring her artwork, and a $25 gift card to Quality Art. She will be recognized during the Boise School Board meeting scheduled on December 12th, the release stated.
