UPDATE:
Boise police say they have located and arrested a suspect. They say tips from the public helped them identify Neil Kortz.

ORIGINAL STORY:
Boise police are searching for a man suspected of robbing a business on Fairview Friday morning.

Police say a man robbed a Moneytree on W. Fairview Avenue around 11 a.m. Friday. The suspect claimed to have a weapon and then left the business with an unknown amount of cash, according to BPD. Officers then set up a perimeter around Moneytree in attempt to locate the suspect, but were unable to find him, police say.

Police describe the suspect as a white man between 55 and 60 years old who is about 6-foot-3-inches tall. The man was wearing a red ball cap with yellow letters, a dark blue jacket, gray sweat pants, brown sneakers and a blue medical mask.
