An 89-year-old man reported missing Tuesday morning by the Boise Police Department has been located safe.
“Hughes (his full name was not released) was located this morning and is safe and sound. Officers located Hughes in the area of 9th and River Streets,” according to a BPD release. “He has since returned to the medical facility that he was staying prior to being reported missing.”
Hughes had reportedly walked away from the facility.
Police said they were concerned because Hughes needed medical assistance due to pre-existing health conditions.
