Boise Police search for armed robbery suspect

Boise Police are looking for an armed robbery suspect who robbed a bank near Maple grove and Emerald Friday.

Police responded to a report of a robbery which occurred at a bank near the intersection of Maple Grove and Emerald at 2:14 p.m. on Friday.

According to police, a man entered the bank and demanded money from the teller.  The man then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash and was seen driving away, possibly northbound on Maple Grove.

The suspect is described as a man with dark complexion, about 5’6”-5’8” tall, weighing around 140 pounds, with scruffy facial hair.  He is described as wearing black skinny jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt, bright blue sunglasses, and a green cap with "Cabela's" written in gold lettering across the front. 

The suspect's car is described as a black 2-door, possibly a Subaru or a Civic, with out of state plates (possibly Oregon, Utah, Washington) that had shaded covers over them.
