A Boise teen who had been missing for nearly a week has been found and is home safe with her family.
Riley, whose last name wasn't released, had been missing since last Thursday.
Officers and Riley’s family were concerned for the 15 year old's safety because she has undisclosed medical issues that require medication -- which she did not have with her.
Police thanked everyone who helped look for the teen.
